'Ghostbusters 3' called 'a possibility' by Bill Murray (here we go again)

They're back! Maybe. OK, not really. Well, stay tuned.
Who ya gonna call?

Damned if I know.

The latest tidbit of information surrounding the on-again, off-again, rumor-filled "Ghostbusters 3" project comes courtesy of Bill Murray and our friends at ComicBookMovie.com. In Chicago to throw out the first pitch at a Cubs' game, Murray was asked by a local reporter about the long-delayed project.

His reply? "Well, it's a possibility."

As recently as February, would-be co-star Dan Aykroyd said Murray likely would not be involved in a sequel. That came after disputed reports that Murray had shredded an Aykroyd-penned script. Then there was the story that Murray's character, Peter Venkman, would return as a ghost. Or that the movie would feature a "next generation" cast.

Expect much, much more of the same kind of talk until shooting actually starts (if it ever starts). In other words: "Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!
