For fans in the Washington DC area you are in luck as Billie Piper who played Rose and The Moment will be in your area to sign autographs and photo ops on April 18th - 20th. She will be there Saturday and Sunday to greet Doctor Who fans. There is also another Doctor Who guest in attendance at that is Simon Fisher - Becker who played Dorium.
