SDCC - Arrow Season 3 Trailer and Pic of Roy as Arsenel

At SDCC this week the producers of Arrow have released a picture of Roy Harper as Arsenel.  For those who read the comic book will know he is the Robin to Green Arrow.  They also released a trailer for season three and it looks pretty good.
