Super Megafest To Double the Super in 2015

You know a comic con has met or exceeded all expectations when you have trouble selecting your personal highlight from the show.

Looking for the Doctor, no doubt.

Here are a few of my nominees from one of my favorites, Super Megafest 2014:

• Meeting and chatting with a fan-friendly Lindsay "The Bionic Woman" Wagner.
• Meeting and chatting with a fan-friendly Denise "Tasha Yar" Crosby.
• Jumping into the Wayback Machine to meet Linda "Nova" from the original "Planet of the Apes" Harrison.
• An impromptu elevator ride with Mikey Dolenz of Monkees fame.
• Cosplay, cosply and more cosplay.
• Bowsing the floor, taking in the surroundings and sharing the experience with friends and other sci-fi fans.

And the unexpected announcement that Super Megafest will be doubly super in 2015. Organizers have announced a spring edition for April 17, 18 and 19 next year. That's in addition to the fall show on Nov. 21 and 22.

The spring show is scheduled for the Royal Plaza Trade Center in Marlborough. The fall show will return to the Sheraton Framingham Hotel. Mark your calendars!
