Gravity Review (some mild spoilers)

By Ken Parker

If you are getting sick of reading movie reviews that praise Gravity then here is yet another one. I will try to remain spoiler free but I believe it is very hard to do with this movie because there is so much in this film that is so important.

Gravity - Drifting

Gravity - Detached

This is the movie I am looking forward to the most for the remainder of the year.  I hope it is excellent as the trailer has teased.  This clip makes me want to see it right now but I also felt like I was going to throw up.....

'Gravity:' Possible synopsis with spoilers

A decade after "Solaris," George Clooney is returning to space.
Lost in space, indeed.

Mike Sampson of JoBlo has published what he says is the "official synopsis" of the upcoming George Clooney and Sandra Bullock movie "Gravity."

The movie is being shot in 3D under the direction of Alfonso Cuaron, who helmed the terrific "Children of Men." Even more ambitious are reports that the film is being shot (or will be presented) in one take.

Because of the potential for spoilers, you'll have to click "read more" for the plot details.

George Clooney weighs in on 'Gravity'

George Clooney previously ventured into space drama for "Solaris."
George Clooney, recently seen smartly dressed and campaigning for president in "The Ides of March," is donning a different suit for his next project, "Gravity."

Clooney told USA Today:

"‘Gravity’ is about two astronauts who work on a space station. A satellite blows up, and space junk causes damage. We go out in space suits, and she and I are tethered together, floating through space. It’s a two-hander with only two actors in the whole film. It is a very odd film, really. Two people in space. No monsters. It’s more like ’2001′ than an action film.”
The "she" in that quote is Sandra Bullock.

George Clooney says his turn as Bruce Wayne should have been called 'Badman and Robin'

Most fans and critics have a low opinion of "Batman and Robin," the Joel Schumacher-directed 1997 film that gave us a bat-suit with nipples.

Now you can add George Clooney, who portrayed the Caped Crusader in the film, to the list. Speaking to Total Film, the actor was frank in his opinion of the movie that also gave us Arnold Schwarzenegger as a painfully punning Mr. Freeze:
“With hindsight it’s easy to look back at this and go ‘Woah, that was really **** and I was really bad in it.’
