Michael Douglas Cast As Hank Pym For Ant Man

Michael Douglas fresh from winning a Golden Globe for playing Liberace in 'Behind the Candelabra' has now been cast as Hank Pym the inventor of the Ant Man technology.  It has also been confirmed that Paul Rudd will be playing the Scott Lang Ant Man.   One has to wonder if they will be doing the story in which Scott Lang steals the Ant Man suit and becomes Ant Man.  Time will tell.

In this summer of "The Avengers" and the latest "Dark Knight" film, it was easy to overlook news about Ant Man. Yes, Ant Man.

I'll admit I've always thought Ant Man was one of the sillier comic book heroes and nowhere near the top of my list for movies. But this is cool.

It's not the actual footage that Edgar Wright premiered at San Diego Comic Con, obviously. That's because Marvel has not released it yet. But a hard-working fan, known as Deviant Artist Samurai Jack, has recreated their video. Thanks to ComicBookMovie.com for sharing this.

SDCC Marvel Movies Phase 2 (Thor & Captain America Titles)

Here is the banners Marvel revealed at SDCC Saturday. Captain America and Thor have interesting titles and I can guess who's gonna be in the Captain America movie. (If you read the Captain America comics it is a no brainer) Plus Guardians of the Galaxy is confirmed and Ant Man too.
