David Fisher who wrote four Tom Baker stories died on January 10th 2018. The four stories he wrote were for the later Tom Baker years and they are the 1978 stories The Stones of Blood and The Androids of Tara, the 1979 story The Creature from the Pit and the 1980 story The Leisure Hive. He also had a hand in the story The City of Death which he couldn't finish due to person reasons and handed it over to Douglas Adams to finish.
