Starz has released Torchwood: Web of Lies on their YouTube page. I stumbled across this news on various sites like the Doctor Who Newspage and Life, Doctor Who & Combom. I have posted it here for anyone who hasn't seen it yet or for those who don't have the right type of cell phone.
