Aquaman issue 14 by Geoff Johns finally gives Aquaman justice. The story is a prologue to Throne of Atlantis and a Justice League cross over. It starts off in the 1700s where Aquaman's great grandfather gets captured by pirates and are going to gut him. But he gets revenge when the Atlanteans rescue him and drown the Pirate Captain and his crew. Then in another part of the issue Aquaman calls a meeting with his brother Ocean Master to confront him about their families magical powerful trident that has destroyed an island which he denied. The story also mentions Garth aka Aqualad as well. Its about time Johns starts answering questions about Aquaman and his relationship with Atlantis in the new DCU. Its a great comic series.
