For those that do not know Roy Harper is in essence Green Arrow's Robin. Or as he was portrayed in the comic books he was first Speedy and then Arsenal and then Red Arrow. Ok got all that. In Arrow he will be played by Colton Haynes and will be the love interest for Oliver's sister Thea. Whether or not he becomes the side kick time will tell.
