Death Star (Battle Station with interstellar propulsion system aka ship), Serenity/Firefly, Atlantean City-ship, Lantean Destiny-class explorer, Daedalus-class and Prometheus class?
Also even being a purely space station, Babylon 5 would be nice addition too.
