The Radio Times has an article up about the costume that Peter Capaldi will be wearing in series 8. No pictures of the costume appear in the article but it states that he was keen to pick out his costume.
A BBC source confims that the costume had to be approved by the BBC and that Capaldi picked out what he was going to wear with Steven Moffat and executive producer Brian Minchin. So far the only clues have been that it is a bit old fashion and also looks to the future.
